The fresh features are designed to create data and tech-driven impact and operational excellence through better and faster decision-making, as the company continues to double down on its laser focused product strategy in increasing workforce reliability and productivity for businesses around the globe.

Insights tab: data-powered productivity

The “Insights tab” is a significant addition to the Job&Talent Business platform. By aggregating data, businesses can unlock tactical and strategic insights that drive measurable results. With access to real-time, comprehensive data, organizations gain the visibility and agility needed to tackle previously hard-to-identify productivity challenges head-on.

The feature offers tailored data for site managers, HR teams, and operations leaders in four key areas of workforce management: attendance, performance, clocking and worker satisfaction. These data insights help businesses proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they escalate, boosting productivity and reducing operational inefficiencies.

Tackling workforce challenges with tech-enabled flexibility

In addition to the “Insights tab”, various updates were also implemented in both the company app and the worker app. These updated features allow companies to fill shifts faster in case of sudden change and keep pace with fluctuating workforce demand, while further improving worker satisfaction by providing more control and visibility on their shifts and performance feedback:

  • With the Open invites feature, businesses can instantly send invitations to a pool of workers and track responses live within the app, transforming shift scheduling into a dynamic, real-time process. The system automatically rewards quick responses to ensure rapid shift fulfillment, supporting companies to meet peak demands easily, and without compromising efficiency or worker satisfaction.

  • Shift managers now receive Planning alerts in the Job&Talent Business app in case shift fulfillment issues occur, meaning companies proactively resolve issues before they become a problem in the workplace. For example, when shifts aren’t filled, the user is alerted that a shift is at risk and they should take corrective action.

  • The new People requests feature allows supervisors to extend, replace, rehire or end a placement with just a few taps. It significantly streamlines worker placements and greatly increases the speed of placement management, saving supervisors valuable time, and critically, company costs.

  • Performance evolution provides workers with visibility into their ratings and supervisor feedback, showing progress over time in a simple and accessible way. Workers gain a clear understanding of expectations and can actively work toward improvement. This transparency fosters accountability and boosts morale, by helping workers align with organizational goals while supporting their personal development. For businesses, the result is a more engaged, motivated workforce that drives productivity from within.

  • With the Approximate earnings feature, workers can see estimated earnings for each shift worked, enhancing their user experience further and allowing them to make every hour count.

  • Workers can now report absences easily through the Absence management feature, offering extra convenience to workers while helping businesses react quickly and ensure all shifts are covered.
